In the office, so many people are so bore and have nothing to do, they usually do something for kill time, such as chatting on msn, read books, watching movie...etc, John got an idea is that to throwing papers to the garbage bin, and ask his colleages to join him, they had fun. At the end, they created a high level way to play it, is that put a fan there, and see who can throw the papers into the garbage can.
